What you would do:

• Plan and execute social media strategies, including identifying goals and success metrics, planning, budgeting, creative development, content calendars, and community management.

• Lead and collaborate on development of integrated strategies across social media.

• Present reporting and analysis of campaigns, measuring and analyzing performance.

• Develop best-practices for content development, posting, tracking, and reporting.

• Drive ideation and innovation on social voice, storytelling, and content.

• Lead development and implementation of a range of content types including video, still imagery, and animations.

• Identify relevant social media trends and translate into unique and ownable concepts for the brand.

• Explore other advertising interests including account service, paid digital, copywriting, and media buying. 

• Collaborate in person and remotely with all team members across all projects.

Do you have?

• A professional background in integrated or content marketing, social media management, or other communications.

• Experience autonomously developing content for use on social media platforms, either independently or for previous client or employer.

• A passion for social media and how influential different platforms can be in driving customer experience and desire.

• A willingness to bring positivity and productivity to challenging situations.

• A deep respect for the creative process and an ability to effectively collaborate.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet or exceed deadlines.

• Experience interacting with clients, identifying key information, and communicating information to teammates.

• Skills to create and deliver polished visual presentations.

• Flexibility to accommodate changes in priorities and project needs.

• High-quality, consistent, reliable internet access for remote working to accommodate a hybrid office/home work model.

• Expert-level skills using Office Suite, G-Suite, content management systems for websites and social platforms. 

• Familiarity with MailChimp, Canva, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite.
